The latest I am aware of (I don't use or track it myself) is 0.65.6, so suggest you consider updating it. Primarily you are getting errors reporting a "Nexus client" file is in use by another process. Example: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Jammy\AppData\Local\Black_Tree_Gaming\NexusClient.exe_Url_mflwfiwatesrlvey1q2sax5h5mo2d1at\0.65.0.0\as232kfw.newcfg' because it is being used by another process. Make sure you do not have any other games running at the same time. Try turning off the "Steam Overlay" if you have it on. (Please see 'Issue: How to disable the Steam Overlay' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.) It's also indicating that you have NMM and FNV installed to: "C:\Program Files (x86)". Please see the wiki "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article for why the original default Steam behavior of installing games to the "C:\Program Files" folder tree was bad (they learned better, and don't do that any more); and why "disabling UAC and running as Administrator" is NOT sufficient, with instructions how to move it. This is the single most important thing you can do to fix and protect yourself against problems in the future. As much of a PITA as that is, it's never going to be any easier than now. System updates often cause issues with games installed to these folder trees. Example: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Jammy\AppData\Local\Black_Tree_Gaming\NexusClient.exe_Url_mflwfiwatesrlvey1q2sax5h5mo2d1at\0.65.0.0\as232kfw.newcfg' because it is being used by another process. Make sure you do not have any other games running at the same time. Try turning off the "Steam Overlay" if you have it on. (Please see 'Issue: How to disable the Steam Overlay' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.) It's also indicating that you have NMM and FNV installed to: "C:\Program Files (x86)". Please see the wiki "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article for why the original default Steam behavior of installing games to the "C:\Program Files" folder tree was bad (they learned better, and don't do that any more); and why "disabling UAC and running as Administrator" is NOT sufficient, with instructions how to move it. This is the single most important thing you can do to fix and protect yourself against problems in the future. As much of a PITA as that is, it's never going to be any easier than now. System updates often cause issues with games installed to these folder trees.
