Unbleak ENB - Colors go crazy indoors

Hello there,

 

Just returned to Skyrim to mess with mods/ENBs etc once again, and i stuck on some weird color bursting problem when in darker areas / dungeons etc. It sometimes does work, sometimes not etc, totally random, and i couldnt figure the cause out.

 

I have shared a ss for now, can share more if it helps.

edit: Now its constantly in this state, makes the game unplayable. I have GTX 1070, used Calibrize for the monitor, and when i take out the d3d9.dll from the Skyrim folder, it runs perfectly.

 

I have many other graphic mods, is there a way to know a possible interferance? I am a total newbie in the ENB business, need your help.
