Fallout Mod Manager mod activator issue

I get on "Oops something bad happened" massage when i try to activate a mod on FMM. The crash report it provides is below:

I checked and that folder it is denied access to doesn't exist. As far as i can tell FMM is downloded and installed correctly. I have a windows 7 computer and Steam copy of Fallout 3 GOTY. Any help is appreciated.
