bluesock1337
My vampire females from what I can tell its only them have black faces. The setnpcweight command works but its only temporary since it resets when i change cells, is there a way to permanently change the weights of the vampires or another way to fix this. I've even tried a new game but the black faces are still there.
DarkRudra
What mods do you have that alter the heads of female vamps? That includes hair mods, facial appearance, or even adding fangs. Some of your mods are changing the heads without updating the related meshes and/or textures.
bluesock1337
Better Vampires, Better Vampires NPC, Sacrosanct, Total character makeover and WICO. I have tried without better vampires and sacrosanct and the issue was still there, I haven't tried without WICO and total character makeover tho I don't think they should cause it
DarkRudra
Yeah, neither Better Vampires or Sacrosanct should edit the NPCs or cause this. Better Vampire NPCs is a more likely cause, it is probably a conflict between that and another mod. I'm not familiar enough with WICO or TCM to be sure it is one of those that is conflict, but it seems likely. If you use NMM or manual installs, make sure your load order for those three mods matches your install order. Especially if any of them try to overwrite files added by the other - it's important that the facegen meshes and textures match whichever mod is lowest in your load order. If you use Mod Organizer, make sure the order of those three mods in the left pane matches their order in the right pane. If you use a Bash Patch, check to see what it does to your vampire NPCs. In trying to combine mods, it might be overwriting the face changes in an incorrect way for your load order.
