Free Weights

I was wondering if someone could make a mod that adds free weights to the game. Their would be all sorts of different sizes that the more you use them the more your Strength goes up (if possible since its an Attribute, if not maybe a skill). Or at least just make it something like an animation were you just see them lifting the weight, also would be a good idea to add an extremely large weight that only modded characters can lift (255 str super heros:P)
