-Im really sure that the error occured regardless to others mods installing
-Actions are:
1) Downloaded Deadly Dragons from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3829
(i tried both manual and NMM methods, used both old (6.3.5v. in files) and new one, however 6.4.1b version is being written as "not last" 6.4.1 version
2)When NMM ended downloading, double-clicked mod name(wow, how smart!) and got deadly dragons installation screen.
3)Pressed install button (wonder if there a more detailed actions describe exist)
[ I tried both normal and loremonger options and all different types of options in 6.3.5 version ]
4)Got a error message(which u can see on screenshot)
All possible information i put on screenshots, check this:

P.s hope there wont be any troubles with parts of other language words in error, if there is i can translate those parts
P.p.s i have 2 more screenshots with 1)info about mods/plugins installed and 2)that prooves SKSE is installed (probably useless screenshot) but i cant upload them due to error with uploading (lmao)

ok.....

where is your NMM installed? if it's in the default Program Files , please reinstall it to a different folder somewhere on your HD

and make sure that the folder isn't set as read only

if this also doesn't work , I would recommend doing a google search for something like "NMM security exception error" . this is a rather common issue , so there are plenty of threads about this . I'm afraid I don't know what the solution is , so I can't direct you to the solution , but hopefully you'll be able to find it via google , or someone else might pop in and suggest a different solution
