Is this possible in Skyrim

I bet you could rotate the camera node on the skeleton, though it would break the game. But if you were skilled enough to rotate it, then you wouldn't be wasting your time on something like this. You would just take a bitmap image screenshot, then use paint.net to rotate an crop it, then saving it in a 100% quality JPEG for sharing. You could also tilt your monitor, lol.

Well you can offset the camera way to the left in the 3rd person camera. The tilted angle is prolly going to break the game. If you wanted to try then use Nifscope to open the skeleton, find the camera node, then rotate that. The real question is if the render part of the engine can handle it as far as the lighting an worldspace LOD. What would be really cool is if the physics was now 15 degrees off so everything falls to the left a little bit.

I wouldn't say it was impossible, as I have already seen several impossible mods. However, I would say improbable as not many people would have much use for it beyond screenshots - which can be manipulated easily outside of the game.
