SkyrimVR - Unable to shout while using Mods

Need some support, I'm having trouble as i find myself unable to shout and im unsure which mod is causing the bug. I will go through each mod 1 by 1 but hopefully someone here can spot the issue right away. I'm using SKSEVR.

Ive discovered if I run Skyrimvr.exe instead of sksevr the shouts work again. I'm sure this breaks many mods though. Continuing the investigation.

 

Edit: I found the issue. It seems i didnt properly install skyvoice. Disabling the mod fixes the issue. Everything else working as intended.

Edit2: I'm an Idiot I failed to realize there is an option to turn off or on shouts with the skyvoice mod. If possible this post/thread to be deleted. Thanks.
