TygerxEyes
If some or all of these already exisits, please take a moment to share how it is accomplished. I do have the advanced mod set to on. As I use MO2, I do a lot of work with some mods via the fly-out window that has options for... All Mods > Add/Remove Categories (and so on down to...) Information... More specifically, I make some use of "Create New Mod" and "Information..." CREATE NEW MODS I use Create New Mods, obviously to create new mods on the fly, but also to create origanizational Section Titles 04.00 - CORE MODS II (DIALOGUE & HUD MODS) <<< Empty Mod 04.01 - [CORE-2] Better Dialogue Control V1.2 04.02 - [CORE-2] Better MessageBox Controls V1.2 ... etc.,. Personally, I would love to see build-in a way to create sectional titles (and bold or color them and/or indent - to help with organization) rather than my crude method, but that is an aside. For Example,04.00 - CORE MODS II (DIALOGUE & HUD MODS) <<< Sectional Titles & Separators 04.01 - [CORE-2] Better Dialogue Control V1.2 04.02 - [CORE-2] Better Message Box Controls V1.2would be ton easier to manage my installation list (not plugins) and anyone who has done large mod lists knows that you create sections (e.g., SEPTIM, TUCO, NORDIC, etc.,). Even without the indent just a color shift and bold would be sufficient and could be called like > Create Empty Mod then > Make Mod Header (and which calls specs you but into setup-configuration options - Bold and/or Color as pre-chosen under "Configuration Settings"). Of course there a ton of ways - another would be a fly out that allows you to change any mod> Change Color> Bold - On/Of ToggleSo, then I would just use Create New Mod as intended.Actual question - in the meantime, Vortex - does it have this feature (Create Empty Mod). if not, will it? if it does, how do I find it?INFORMATION I find this to be one of the most helpful aspects of MO2. I love that I can edit the mod specific .inis (how many times did I do this when grass mods had crazy stuff in them) or to add-to or edit out various aspects. With Bijins AIO, I am able to use AIO with some of the oldrim versions which I prefer and move .esps up to optional and keep a cleaner plug-in list without a bunch of unchecked crap in it. Conflicts is critical along with the ability to hide and unhide things on the fly because I can see in a DIRECT fashion what conflicts with what and make choices. Categories and Nexus Info (helpful as I tend to download mods to my computer within a library so I can always find an older version and just update info here to track. Notes ... great place to make notes on changes and edits... and FILETREE is use A LOT with Hide Files Option to select out aspects in a non-destructive manner. So, with that said, I do not see anything like it in Vortex. So, does Vortex have these feature (Information and Sub Options). if not, will it? if it does, how do I find it?SUMMARY: Essential - does it have features, will it have features, and if it does ... how to I access them. If not, are there work arounds or better options? Thank-you, in advance, for your efforts and time... all the best. ~T
