SSE Historic Norseman weapons and armor pack?

98% of the assets are already there for someone who asks for permission to use them and has the intelligence to compile them into one mod (and port some few pieces for SE). I don't, I'm a total and complete computer illiterate.

 

Bob's Armory has SEVERAL nice (the best actually) Norse/Viking swords, axes, shields, bows, AND spears. The bows won't work with SE and I'm to computer stupid to even figure out how to install/use the NIF optimizer to fix them. Even after watching EVERY tutorial I can find. I'm NOT a tech guy, it's like trying to understand brain surgery, physics, and a woman's emotional system COMBINED for me.

 

The Roman Historical Revival has a VERY NICE plain maille used as Stormcloak armor. It would be awesome with a couple more color choices for the under maille tunic and britches. The Norse liked greens and yellows as well as grey and blue. The stock Imperial arm wraps from the mod perfectly fit in with a Norse build. The calf wraps would fit the Norse look too if the feet were in mid height boots instead of Roman caligae (legion sandals).

 

There are ZERO good open faced aventailed spectacled helms out there (at least that I have found, and I've looked HARD). The ones that you find that look decent have the maille face veil on them. The ones that don't are generally based on the vanilla guard helmet, look leather, and have a crappy (basically useless) aventail. I've been using the aventailed spangenhelm from Yet Another Guard Armor. THAT would be perfect if it had spectacles and was a slightly darker " heat blued color" instead of so polished and shiny.

 

Anybody out there think they can combine these portions of the mods and tweek the aventail spangenhelm into a little darker colored aventailed spectacled helmet? I'm just interested in the realistic Norse /Viking gear (nothing else). I would do it myself but I'm actually BEYOND a imbecile on a computer and am not afraid to admit it. You could call the mod "Viking Skyrim Tour 2018" lol. By the way someone should port Rollo's sword from the old Skyrim mod "The Normans" as a standalone if the mod author will let you. That's a GORGEOUS Viking era type Z sword.
