Mod Compilation

I was wondering if someone could help me make a mod... tell me how to do it that is.

 

I have like 3 or 4 mods that I use to get maybe 3 things out of the whole mod... and I was just wanting to try to make a box and put these things in there so I dont have to load up those other massive mods. O.o

 

Goddess Shop and Hiyoko Store are two of the ones, and Draconic Armour is another... Now I suppose I could just add stuff to teh draconic armour box, but how do I do that? What tools do I need?

 

I probly wont release it, unless I ask the originators for permission as this is something I just want for myself.

1- Load the mods you want to take items from plus the Oblivion esm in the CS making sure none of them are active. (click yes when it asks you if you're sure).

 

2- Create a unique container (unique FormID) and place it somewhere handy.

 

3- Find the items you want; change their IDs to something unique so they are new items.

 

4- Place these new items in your new container.

 

5- Save as a new esp file and quit the CS.

 

6- Create a mod folder adding your new esp file, plus the original meshes, textures and anything else used by the original items in the same structure used to create them.

 

7- You now have a mod that places a container somewhere with your new items inside it.

Deactivate/uninstall the mother mods the items came from and then install your new mod.

 

8- Go collect your stuff.

Well I got it made and stuff... but I tried to put them into different directories, so I have blank textures. lol Ill have to try it again later tonite, dont have the time right now.

 

I tried putting the draconic set into my mod, but I couldnt find the references in the CS! I found the box they are in easily enough though. O.o
