Skyrim SE Load crash

Ok, I've been reading many forum posts and fixes people have tried and none has worked for me. So I'm going out on a limb and coming to you fine folks to see what my issue is. First off my load order:

I know this is a heavy load, but I got a strong computer. Here are my specs:

Processor Intel® Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

1TB SSD

 

(I don't know how much more you need).

 

I tried the new game trick, skyrim ini trick, etc. So looking for some help. I really don't want to abandon this save but I can't play using it.

Weird thing is I can load from the very earliest of my saves (right after leaving the abandoned prison) but every save after that causes a crash.

Also using LOOT. Also weird thing, I accidentally started the game not from skse but from the base game launcher and the save loaded up. SKSE was not working but it did load.

Just a shot in the dark.... Since you use Racemenu, it COULD be the culprit. You might want to have a look at this thread for explanation:

If Racemenu really IS the cause of your CTDs, you should 1. make sure you definitely installed everything correctly and 2. get "SKSE engine fixes" plugin:

Among other extremely useful things, it also includes a fix for crashes on load due to Racemenu or - to be more precise - its "SKEE" plugin.

I had a very similar problem in that after the first 14 or so saves, no new saves would load. I suspected Racemenu, and AFT, but it wasn't. I forget the exact explanation but it has something to do with the way SkyrimSE uses a second core to load larger saved games while still loading from the first. Anyway, I did 2 things that fixed it. 1) Installed this 2 part fix (first using NMM, the second must be done manually) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230. 2)Used Mator Smash to bash patch instead of Wyre: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/90987. No doubt the first was the real fix, but the second solved a lot of conflict ctds. Now all saves are loading with no problem, and the game is running very stable with 252 mods.
