Mods not showing up

So most of my mods aren't showing up. I installed a few through NMM, and activated them in the plugins section, and none of them showed up in game. I then tried installing them manually, and put the files in the data folder, but when I went into the game and clicked on the mods button, then went to the load order, none of them were there so I couldn't activate them. The only ones that were in the load order were Beyond Skyrim, and none of the other ones were there. No idea what's wrong.

I think the problems started happening after steam uninstalled the game on me for whatever reason. I reinstalled it and since then I can't get mods to work.
