Textures for armor are brighter and/or shinier than rest of armor

So I have this mod installed https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6486 and for some reason the helmet is alot brighter and shinier than the rest of the armor, but not only that, the back part of the armor is also bright, just not shiny, anyone know a fix?? A picture:
