LE Third Person Camera Change

I want is the Unsheathed Camera view for the sheathed view. I have found that in the Skyrim.ini you can change the camera view like:

 

[Camera]

fOverShoulderPosZ=10.0000

 

What I am looking for is a mod that will have the sheathed camera view (like how it's over-the-shoulder and when you don't have the weapons in your hand) have the unsheathed camera view. (Like when you have them equipped and the camera moves out further and your character is centered)

 

So pretty much the sheathing and unsheathing will make no camera change, and the default camera angle for third person is as if you are in the unsheathed view.
