LoginToDownload
What exactly do you mean by "Female Clothes Template"? A basic 3D model for adding detail to? A finished 3D model for texturing?
assassin1
What exactly do you mean by "Female Clothes Template"? A basic 3D model for adding detail to? A finished 3D model for texturing? I got the model but i need to know how to draw out the textures so they go where i want them to!so like a empty texture template...
LoginToDownload
Texturing isn't that simple, I'm afraid, if it's a new model. What modeling program do you use?
ihateregisteringeverywhere
What if he's not using a modeling program but he's simply trying to load up something into nifscope?
assassin1
Texturing isn't that simple, I'm afraid, if it's a new model. What modeling program do you use? I am using blender and this is my first custom cuirass...So all i am doing is retexting the HGEC upper body!(when i looked at the model it was perfect the way it was)All i need is a template that i can color! There must be some base template i can work with! LoginToDownload
Unfortunately, the makeup of the UV-mapping (which determines what faces use what part of the texture file) means that no two meshes could use the same template, which rather defeats the point of a template. I think I know the Tutorial you're talking about, and I'm completely inept at attaching textures to meshes as well, but templates wouldn't mean much. Depending on what you do with the UV Maps, it's very unlikely you could even look at an HGEX UpperBody texture to see what would go where.

I all ready got the jpg out of the dds for the HGEC upperbody! So how is it unlikely? I am looking for help people!
innovacious
if it is a custom model then you will have to do the UV mapping yourself which means you will need to create the texture template yourself.
LoginToDownload
I all ready got the jpg out of the dds for the HGEC upperbody! So how is it unlikely? You'd need to arrange the textures with UV-Mapping exactly the same way Bethesda did, and I don't know how stretching/subdividing/moving vertices changes the UV-Mapping process.
