Weird Static and Slow Respond

Starting today (May 20, 2012) after about 15-20 minutes of playing Skyrim, the game starts making static-y noises and the hole game slows down, a lot, my movements, character movements. Then when I save it takes forever, and if I quit to desktop its a little messed up but immediately fixes itself. NOTE: this is not a CTD problem. I thought it might have been due to the mods I use, so I deleted any mods I have added since the game started acting funny.

I did a scan on my computer, no problems there.

So I am really clueless as to what is wrong here.

If anyone can help that would be awesome, and if anyone needs anymore info to help me out I'm sure I could figure it out.
