With a Help, :) I looked at many Mods that deal with Perks, perhaps all, I didn't found so. From what I saw of topics, has many ideas here.Obviously not looked at all, does not have much to explain about the Mod, just to change the value 1 to 4 Perks per Level.If necessary to use the "Script Dragon", I think best don't post.
