cant load simple .esp mod

Hello

I can not make this simple .esp mod to work. I did everything this guy said here(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZpIQ6P38xE) and loose mod is working(w/v ratio) but other mod, simple .esp is not(easy lockpicking).

I have GOTY v1.10.82.0.1

I really dont want to install 10 additional programs just to make one single file to load.

I actually wanted to install only this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16181/ but i could not make it work so i wanted to try something simpler.

Got it... I have installed NMM just to see how it handle files.

Problem was that my plugins.txt located in AppData\Local\Fallout4 looked like this just after instalation

 

D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCCoast.esm
D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCNukaWorld.esm
D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCRobot.esm
D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCworkshop01.esm
D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCworkshop02.esm
D:\Games\F4\Data\DLCworkshop03.esm

Which makes no sense...

So i literally made file just like Mr. Gophers on that YT link.

Basicly it should look like this:

 

# This file is used by the game to keep track of your downloaded content.
# Please do not modify this file.
infset.esp
*WorkshopRearranged.esp

Note that line with "infset.esp" is disabled mod.

Line starting with * is enabled mod
