blaze1514
I was playing a modded playthrough of FO4 as I have done many times before. I had just gotten done troubleshooting a mod (Armor pieces were showing up where they shouldn't have). I played for about 4-5 more minutes before what seemed like a run of the mill game freeze. When I tried to restart FO4, nothing. Just a black screen. I attempted standard troubleshooting steps (Closing out of the game while on dashboard, restarting) however, nothing worked. I then tried to go delete my mod save data cache, and it was gone. The normal saved data, and the mod data missing. I got irritated that I would need to re-install and decided to play a different game. This is when I found that it wasn't just FO4. MWRemaster, State of Decay 2, Titanfall 2, Farcry 5, Tropico 5, all save caches are missing, am still checking for the rest of my games. This is causing them all to enter endless load cycles as the game files load up. Am currently re-installing State of decay 2, will update. Have any of you had this issue, or heard of it before?Edit: At this point, I know the saved data's were corrupted somehow, and have wrote them all off as lost. I am looking for information on this issue as I couldn't find any articles/videos on it. I am also wanting to discover what exactly happened, and what mods might have been responsible. Will update more.I made a duplicate of this on Bethnet, but I have more faith in this community when it comes to help.https://bethesda.net/community/topic/220306/sos-all-saved-data-caches-from-all-my-xb1-games-erased-after-fo4-crash Update: I was told to make a MSsupport ticket on Bethnet. I replied optimisticly, hoping that that reinstalling the games would fix them. I just wanted info on what might have happened. However, I reinstalled State of Decay 2, when DL was complete, the game would not play from the 'play' button on the games hub. When trying to find the actual game in the "All games and apps" section, it is missing. I am trying Tropico 3 now, since its a smaller filesize. From the way things are looking I may have to make that MSsupport ticket.Update 2: Tropico 3 acted the same, am now doing a full console reset.Last update: Console reset did work, games are now playing. I still would love to discuss how this happened, and go over what mods might have caused it. If anyone is interested I can start a list of my xbox load order.
