Fire and Interior Lighting issue

Greetings,

 

Hope someone with assist me. I have recently set up my skyrim to where I want it to be, the only issues I have now are regarding fire and lighting. I am using the base PhotoRealistic Tamriel ENB and Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel mod. I lighting during the day is good but at night or in the inns, the fire glows with a red white intensity and it looks almost radioactive. I calibrate my monitor and tweaked the enb slightly to match my preferences but I cannot figure out or resolve this fire and interior lighting issue.

 

what recommendations do you think I should make, tweak certain settings in enb, get a mod to overwrite lighting or fire? any help you provide would greatly be appriciated. below are mod list and images
