I know nothing about modding

After playing games using mods i finaly decided id make an effort to learn it for myself. Id like some pointers telling me where to start (e.g tutorials ect.) Any help would be appreciated :)

yeah , you are going to have to be way more specific

first of all , you didn't mention the game in question , as different games call for different tools

also the tools you'll need depend on the type of mod you wish to make

so you need to provide more information

I learn by looking at file structures of mods and looking up any terms I don't understand. Plus there are a ton of "how to mod x game" on youtube. As mentioned, you will get better help if you give some more details about what you want to learn to mod.

Ah sorry guys in specific I guess i'm talking Bethesda games (e.g Skyrim or Fallout) And wanting to create mods rather then adding them ;) I'm going to look up some fallout guides now but still feel free to send more help either here or dm me :)

Im completely new to this site and pc gaming. I own fallout new vegas. I have not a clue how to even begin to add mods and Im scared Ill mess it up.
