Bow locked in draw, will not fire!

Hi im trying to get help where i can, all of a sudden anytime i use a bow it pulls back full and wont release,even if my stamina reaches zero. i have cleaned my mods using sseedit and uninstalled them one by one to see what mod was causing this to no avail. i reinstalled and started clean but still keeps happening , anyway u can shed some light
