CTD in random locations

My game crashes at random times, not really linked to any certain event. But right now I am in Kilkreath ruins, in a room with multiple corrupted shades, and it's been crashing within seconds of loading.

My PC:

Ryzen 5 1400 quad core 3.20 ghz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB RAM
587 GB hard drive disc space remaining where Skyrim is installed
11.7 GB Solid state space remaining where my OS and some other games are installed

My game is the latest edition, all DLC's installed

My game is also heavily modded. I use NMM to intall all my mods, and I use LOOT to sort the load order. Here is my load order from LOOT
