MODEI Posted July 10, 2018 Posted July 10, 2018 Can't use Bethesda.net at all in my country, current manual installing version available on the internet is broken. It always reports couldn't find CONFIG64,INI. Don't know what to do, please help me.

Never mind, there are actually kind of manual installing version( just 'so call' and obviously unofficial )on some websites you never know. The problem I got is Bethesda launcher can't connect to the serve in my region. And now it's solved.
