charlesbsbio
Argonians are not mammals so should not have breasts. Every time I have to deal with Seed-Neeus in Chorrol it just ruins my day. Well, it is a little my fault, because I have Eye Candy and Seductive Idles installed. So there she stands flashing her breasts at my character. Does anyone know of a way (Mod) to make her look normal for a reptile?
LoginToDownload
Sadly, (Though it makes it significantly easier to mod for) all races have to use the same body-mesh in Oblivion.

Varus Torvyn
This subject has been covered extensively on the Bethesda Forum. I would recommend you go and research the Imperial Library website. They cover Oblivion Lore very well. This is something that shouldn't be affecting you in the least, and it won't if you complete the research. Remember, Nirn isn't Earth. Standards are different, and the Argonians don't fit into a bestiality frame of reference. It's a fantasy game. The Lore explains this well, so much so that you don't collide with religious or morality issues. They are of an equal race with all of the others. The arguments in the thread became so bad that the Moderators had to step in and remove the flames.

Lainge
They lay eggs, so how does any of this work?Hmm... If anyone has direct lore related mod links that'd be cool. Otherwise i'll just go searching, but not right now... Right now I have to completely finish the game...
Varus Torvyn
They lay eggs, so how does any of this work?Hmm... If anyone has direct lore related mod links that'd be cool. Otherwise i'll just go searching, but not right now... Right now I have to completely finish the game...Lainge, I found this in less than 5 minutes. Scroll about halfway down the page. Argonian Reproduction Relevant portion: After much analysis of living specimens, the Council long ago determined that all "races" of elves and humans may mate with each other and bear fertile offspring. Generally the offspring bear the racial traits of the mother, though some traces of the father's race may also be present. It is less clear whether the Argonians and Khajiit are interfertile with both humans and elves. Though there have been many reports throughout the Eras of children from these unions, as well as stories of unions with daedra, there have been no well documented offspring. Khajiit differ from humans and elves not only their skeletal and dermal physiology -- the “fur” that covers their bodies -- but their metabolism and digestion as well. Argonians, like the dreugh, appear to be a semi-aquatic troglophile form of humans, though it is by no means clear whether the Argonians should be classified with dreugh, men, mer, or (in this author's opinion), certain tree-dwelling lizards in Black Marsh. The only case I saw in the game was perhaps (a big maybe) Henantier & Kud-Ei in the Bravil Mages Guild. Doesn't appeal to me nor to my Breton Spellsword, but if your character is an Argonian, then there shouldn't be a problem. But even though I don't care for it personally, I don't see any reason to get so worked up over it. Logic dictates that no Terran counterpart to the Argonian race of Nirn exists, so there is no frame of reference to compare it to our society. Leonard Nimoy (Spock) was fond of stating, "A difference which makes no difference is no difference."
myrmaad
I find this an amusing thread. I'm blessed with an easy ability to suspend my disbelief, thank god. The thought of this never even occurred to me.. and I think it verges on hilarious that people got into a knockdowndragout war over it. Life is short.
