OBmodist
My interest in Morrowind has been reinvigorated. I want to mod this game to make it awesome, but I want to get it right the first time. So what I'm looking for is recommendations. I'm sure a lot of you have some favorites that come to mind, and I'd love to hear them. However, I have some criteria, put in a spoiler to artificially make my post look smaller than it actually is: -No, or very few extra tools required to install the mods. I don't like having to put 50 different programs on my computer just to get a mod to work. "Wyre Bash" can go "bash" itself over the head with a cinder block. I can make exceptions if the mod is just too useful. (Such as "Graphics Extender", which I currently have.)-I'm looking for one good graphical overhaul mod. Just one. The very best one. I was looking at this one, but what do you think?-Any significant mods that change and fix broken gameplay mechanics. For example, the leveling system.-The best bank mod. I liked indybank a lot, but I'm not sure which version to use. Which version has the highest interest rates and the fewest bugs? Alternatively, if you know a better bank mod, feel free to suggest that too.-Awesome weapons and armor. The more weapons and armor included in the mod, the better. (I like Japanese stuff too.)-I'd prefer it if suggested mods didn't cause a bunch of warning messages to appear before the game. But I can live with that if the mod is awesome enough.-Not a fan of new movement animations, and I don't need my character to look sexier. That's what Dead or Alive is for.-If there's one absolutely-awesome overhaul mod that does all kinds of awesome things, that has very few bugs and is easy to install, that would be cool too.-Dragons!!!-Perhaps an unofficial patch mod, if it doesn't cause conflicts.-I'm not looking to beta test new things that I'm gonna have to remove and install new versions of later on. I prefer stable, updated releases. I'm not a hardcore modder. I like my mods like I like my women: simple, easy to figure out, and fun. I just wanna make Morrowind awesome, and I wanna do it quickly. So, got any suggestions for me, oh seasoned modding community? Oh, and I have Bloodmoon and Tribunal, as well as all official Bethesda mods, and patches.
