Robeloto Posted July 10, 2018 Share Posted July 10, 2018 (edited) I've got an item (Gastropod Slime) that apparently fortfies alchemy. I took a screenshot for more information on this item. So an fortify alchemy potion in vanilla Skyrim is not possible cause you could drink it and create new potions that are better in an infinite loop. I guess it can come from the creature mods I've installed, but I am not sure.
