SeraphimKensai Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 In the creation kit, you can make a new esp that modifies game settings to change knockdown, knockback, and stagger chances. The thing to know though is adjusting those will adjust it for NPC's and players both if I'm not mistaken, this will also break things like unrelenting force as it won't cause any knockback. You'd have to load the mod after any that affect the related settings, some combat overhaul mods and such do that off the top of my head. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's controlled by a script. I still have no clue how to stop weapons from pushing the player, but I would imagine it's something to do with the base attacks. SeraphimKensai Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 Not exactly sure as I've never tried to disable knockback personally, the closest guess that I have is looking at your game settings in creation kit. If you have to modify several scripts to do what you're looking for you run the risk of anytime you use a mod a knockback effect is added right back. That's why I thought if you could zero it out in your settings and load an esp with that after any mods you might still be able to make use of some.
