Upload of two mods on 10 July 2018 each containing a music piece by another artist without (providing) the original artists rights holders' permissions for use and redistribution.

Music uploaded/provided as main theme replacers:

Last of the Mohicans, length 09:26 minutes,

Last big Warrior, length 02:54 minutes

 

The uploader requested ( in their ïÿýPermission and creditsïÿý ) to be asked for permission before use of any of the assets in their files. You can only give permission for further use and redistribution of files/assets/work you have created yourself. You cannot give permission for use and redistribution of files/assets/work by other authors/artists/right holders used/contained in your mod/files without according permission ("sub licence") from the original authors/artists/right holders.

All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned.
