Problem with map, strange view

Hi everyone, I'm having problems with my skyrim's map. I play on the latest Skyrim Legendary Edition version because I don't feel like playing on Special Edition until most of Oldrim mods have been ported.

My problem is that when I open the map, it shows like if it was zomming out horizontally instead of vertically and then all the screen goes light blue and all the icons are crowded on the left bottom part of the screen. To mod this skyrim playthrough I installed Step:Extensive following the instructions and then put my own mods on top of them, making sure every patch that was needed was installed. My load order is:

I've already run LOOT and DynDOLOD, but the problem doesn't fix.
