Commands/Scripts for Screen Effects? (ie Chems)

Hello there, I'm Looking for a guide to learn some of the commands thats cause the screen to blur, flicker, etc. like when we take damage or some chem. I think it could be useful for a making a performance mod.

do You want to turn them off or add them to other things?

 

I believe these are called Shader effects. If you Download this Mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25715 You can the Use FO4Edit to look at what references the Mod changes.

 

From there you can decide if you want to remove them all (the mod already does that) Customize what to remove and what to keep. Reduce the values so they are more subtle. Increase the values, or add the shaders to other things in the game. for some reason you might want to add the cryo damage shader to something like Glowing Fungus if using a winter overhaul and edit it so its constantly present..Idk if that can be done but most likely it can.

Hi, thank you all for the answer, what I want it's some commands list or a cheat terminal so I can activate In-game blur, colour effects, and so on. Only on my screen. For example when you take a hit of jet the screen looks more color vibrant, or when receive damage we get blur, etc.
