Low end pc, I need Less LOD Rocks

Hey guys! Im running a really old Emachine with a low end gpu.

I've adjusted my game to get the most performance I can. I get a nice framerate but I noticed one thing..

My game stutters when I load far objects. I set ugridstoload to 1 and removed all far trees thinking it would help. It GREATLY reduced the stuttering but in areas with rocks, Its horrible. Any way to remove far distant rocks?

Also these plants. If there not harvest-able, i don't want them

Have you tried turning down the drawing distance? My 6 year old PC can run at around 13-16fps outside with all the distances at max.

You mean in the ingame settings? object fade? I hate having it low because i cant see important objects. But i hate these rocks and plants..

That one looks a lot like mine but no, i use a T5212

I assume you've already set the grass fade to minimum, and checked the detail object fade box.

You can set distant terrain detail to low without it doing anything besides making mountains lower quality and removing some lod trees, btw.

Ingame or config, lower settings will improve framerate but you will need a mod if you want less decorations. My PC has a single core whilst you have a duel core, im guessing you added a video card because the integrated graphics which comes as standard has problems even playing old 3D games, i use a Radeon HD 4350 with 2GB RAM and i don't get 'stuttering' unless im loading up large LOD portions which i accept and am okay with.

Im not sure what im trying to say but i can play without problems (even though 1.5 has been causing a lot of CTD) so maybe you should check if your nothing doing something wrong like having applications open in the background? :D

i dont think so. i use gamebooster so that eliminates programs i dont need. But i still get the stuttering when loading terrain. I have everything on lowest and all. and the object detail doesnt help much lowest or highest i still have stuttering. Its the damn plants and rocks that are on the ground. I need them gone..
