How do you change the crafting menu in SkyUI?

I always recall playing with SkyUI with the crafting menu from vanilla. But today I have reinstalled the legendary edition and SkyUI's crafting menu looks like this:

 

 

 

As you can tell, it is abysmal. It just shows ALL what you can craft, but id like everything to be grouped with iron, silver, steel etc. How do you change ONLY the crafting menu without removing all of skyui?

There should be a mod called SKYUI Away, or something to that effect. It will contain several interface overrides. What you would do is install only the ones you want to retain the vanilla style. It's just a matter of slipping them into the proper file path, in the data folder, ( data > interface ) if I recall correctly, and then checking a setting in the MCM.
