[HELP] Main menu looks weird with white boxes after installing Bevilex's modlist

As the title says... I recently finished installing all mods from Bevilex's modlist and a few others. This is what it looks like:

Also, I have noticed that the Cinematic ENB's motion blur is on even during character creation, which looks odd because it places the blur incorrectly (the character is blurry while the bkg is not). Is there a fix for that?

Does anyone have the slightest what could be causing those boxes? I tried rebuilding the patch without Oblivion Reloaded and without Darnified UI in OBMM but no difference. Please tell me if I should provide more info!
