lordbevan1 Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 I created a unique legendary weapon and added it to Vault 111 to test it (I've had this issue before). It simply isn't there, I'm afraid. lordbevan1 Posted July 23, 2018 Author Share Posted July 23, 2018 I will admit that I added to the form list more weapon mods "lists", which I had hoped would give a randomized chance of including one of the mods of that type in that slot.
