Bunch of mods not working for me

I'm having some problems getting a bunch of mods to work in my game. I don't think I have any conflicts, and BOSS doesn't show any flags, nor does WryeBash, so I can't figure out what's wrong.

I've tried reinstalling Skyrim, but the main problems that I've been able to find are that Imp's More Complex Needs doesn't have the configuration items show up in my inventory, and that the area added in Way Of The Monk isn't there. I haven't searched more extensively than that, mainly trying various things to make those two work, none of which have been successful.

I have heard "Real Wildlife" and "WARZONES - Civil Unrest" have issues due to them both placing large amounts of NPC's in game...

It shouldn't I run many more mods that add a ridiculous amount of NPC's and I don't get incompatabilities and I have a mid to love range rig. Could you c and p your system specs?
