Need help sorting my load order..

I cant seem to get my game to work properly, played it for about 2hrs, later that day i treid to load it and it just crashes. Can this be caused by my crap load order?

EDIT: When i dont use the OBSE.exe the game works, so it must be the load order.

Are you using BOSS? If not, get it and it sorts it for you and tells you what needs cleaned in TES4Edit.

Used LOOT today, it said everthing is ok and made lots of changes, but still i cant load a game....
