Baileys Crossroads metro crash on exit

Ok guys Ive done the anchorage quest and due to having marts mutant mod I will sometimes go back here to get Outcast armor and scrap with the resident supermutants with the help of some outcasts but recently its been crashing everytime ive went up the escalator to where the outcasts are after a few seconds.I have no idea whats wrong and could use some help.Mod list below
