Constant CTDs and Freezing....so close, please help!

So Ive been at this modding thing for a while, trying to figure things out on my own. Im getting so close to having this game stable but I keep getting random CTDs and freezing, all seemingly at random times.

I have 18 gigs of RAM, and running on a Nvidia 1070ti. Everything has been cleaned with Tesedit, sorted with Loot, WyreBash Patch created.

 

I just want to play the game >.< S#!t I'd throw someone 20 bucks to help me get this sorted. Thanks for atleast reading this far!
