Proximity/Remote Detonation 'Mines'

Hello Everyone!

 

I apologize for my lack of modding experience, but would it be possible to design a mod which allowed the construction of both Proximity and Remote Detonation Mines?

 

The way I envisage it, you would be able to construct a mine 'shell' out of appropriate ingredients (ingots of some kind) and then this could be combined with any poison you desire.

 

You can then place the mine on the ground wherever you wish.

 

On activation, the mine instigates a medium-sized AOE version of the appropriate poisoning effects.

 

The proximity mine automatically detonates on sensing movement within a reasonable radius, whilst the remote detonation variant can be manually fired at range, using a separately constructed 'detonator'.

 

The entire system could be based off of Dwemer technology to maintain lore-friendliness (sort of!).
