A Request for more Realism (and fun, I'm fooling nobody)

If anyone could make a mod in which the player has to pee and has to...you know, number 2. I would be eternally grateful. It doesn't have to be as much fun as https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60475 but it would be appreciated ;-)

 

In the interest of seriousness - in the game you eat and drink a lot. A lot. And at no time you need to go. I think that's a flaw. There should be a very obvious solution. Can somebody help?

 

Or is there a solution already? In this case, could someone please point me in the right direction?
