Place Everwhere Mod doesn't show up in pluggins

I just installed Fallout 4 on my PC and download NMM. I downloaded a bunch of Mods and they work just fine. But Place Everywhere is giving me problems. It shows up under Mods, that it's installed but it doesn't show under plugins. This is a great mod, I had it on the XBOX, it was great. Please help! Thank You

That's because it doesn't use an esp/plugin, it uses F4SE and a DLL

It gets installed to the F4SE\Plugins folder
