The warning was given for the following reason: Uploading content without permission from the creators/owners of the assets. Including (but not limited to) assets from 'Fallout: New Vegas', 'Age of Conan', 'Age of Empires 3', 'Star Wars: The Old Republic', along with various other assets. Explicit permission from the owners of the assets you wish to redistribute is required.
