Constant CTD after completing any quest

Some help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying Skyrim SE on a new laptop, I made a new save and character and from my experience, I keep on crashing after the first official quest. I start the game with live another life and when I am in the cell, I automatically start with Frostfall and afterwords Hunterborn completed. I can go anywhere in game from helgen to whiterun and save and load properly. But I appear to CTD after loading from a save that has a completed quest in it.

 

For example, the game saves, loads and runs smoothly before and during the quest Burial Delayed with Cicero, but after the game registers that i have completed it, and after i load from a save from that point on, it CTDs. The same thing happened after I completed Live Another Life and Unbound and I suppose it will happen with any other quest I do. If anyone here can provide any help, I would greatly appreciate it.
