Weird black dots on screen

Seemed to just start doing this today. Worked fine yesterday. These little black dots appeared over my screen. They're stationary, as they camera moves they stay in the same place. No idea what's causing them but I'm sure it's a mod. Just don't know why as, like i said, it worked fine yesterday.

 

Doesn't seem to effect performance, runs fine with no crashes or anything, just very irritating. You can see it here best on my character but also on the wall in front of her.

 

Loading an old save didn't help.

Any ideas??? I looked around online and couldn't find this problem anywhere else. Specs shouldn't be a problem. This is my second play through of the game and my comp is primed for gaming. I'll post the specs below the mods list though.

Ok, fixed it. Uninstalling and reinstalling ENB series seemed to do the trick. Crisis averted.
