elminedra
Hi There, I have just started using creation kit to make NPC's but I'm having real trouble matching head and body color, or even selecting a body complection at all. When you make a character in Skyrim you can choose if they are white or tan. I can't figure out where to find that when adjusting appearance. Can someone please help? Thanks,Matt. gasti89
Go to face tinting and mess with all the ".dds" names that you find. I think the first is the overall face tinting. You can play with RGB or just select a preset. All the other names are specific tints, tattoos, eye makeup, lips etc etc. Just colors. The models are in "gen morphs"

Go to location, place my follower, and the result is always the same, a head that's too dark for the body. Could it be a current mod I have active or do I need to turn something on (like apachiiskyhair if I want to give them apachiiskyhair).Very frustrating, I think I've made about 20 attempts all with the same result. gasti89
Oh, so you have to export the facegen. Select your NPC in the object window and press CTRL + F4. This will export the texture and meshes in your data folder. Remember that if you want to upload the mod you have to upload them too.
