skyrim has stopped working on some locations

the game crashes in certain locations (window appears that says skyrim has stopped working ). these locations are in the exterior, and every time I stepped on them the game crashes (skyrim has stopped working )! I tried to delete all the mods, the problem is not removed, I even deleted the game completely so I installed skyrim again (no mods, no updates), still problem not solved. I realized that problem is in my save file because crash is not happening on other characters that I created. What should I do, please help me, is there a way to fix this, I am level 50 and do not want to move from the beginning with another character, please help!

This happens for me too on every character i make eventually, it started happening on my current char and I deactivated all mods went to an indoor location with a bed and slept for about two weeks, saved, quit skyrim, restarted and loaded the last save. That seemed to fix it (I could go to previously inaccesable areas). I re-activated all my mods and it was still ok. I have since tried it with some older chars and it looks like it works. Hell of a lot of f*&$ing around though.

Thanks for trying to help me, I really appreciate it. I tried, I did everything as you said,i deleted all mods in data file,I also deleted all skse and script dragon files in The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim folder, then I went to indoor location with a bed Breezehome (home in in Whiterun), I slept 18 days (18 times I waited for 24 hours when l press E on the bed), then I saved, quit skyrim, opened skyrim again, load saved game, I went to those locations, and again game crashes (with window skyrim has stopped working). Did i do something wrong, do you did something else when u fixed this terrible problem?

Sorry it didn't work for you but thats what I did, I slept in the thieves guild but I don't suppose that makes any difference. The new 1.6 beta patch seems to make the game more stable as well so mabey try that?

edit: Okay I've just loaded up a save of my very first character, a char that was previously unusable, (literally could'nt leave the room I was in, lol) and it worked. I fast travelled to winterhold and ran around through loading screens and all over. I havent done my above sugestion on this char yet so it could only be the 1.6 beta patch that made it work. Having said that, you say that when your game crashes you get a windows message saying "skyrim has stopped working", I didn't get any message at all, it just dropped back to desktop so maby it's a different issue.

Also, in the intreasts of fault finding, try setting all your graphics settings as low as you possibly can, just to see if it's over taxing your system.

I hope you get it sorted, I know how annoying it is, I feel your pain.

I tried with the highest, and the lowest graphic settings, but without success, problem is still there, in any case thanks again, I hope they fix this in 1.6 patch.
