Modded Skyrim SE CTD in open areas and when moving to outdoor cells

I had a quite stable version of Skyrim LE a few years back and have jumped back on the Skyrim modding scene. I have a load order of 137 esp's and for the most part my game is stable. I did testing of each mod before starting a true save.. However, now that some time has passed, I'm getting seemingly random CTD's when roaming outdoors after about 20-30 minutes.. and after playing for some time, if I move from an interior cell to an exterior cell, I CTD randomly. I have been quicksaving right before walking through every door.. And when I reload the game, I can usually walk through the door that caused a CTD in the first place. Same goes for a place that triggered a CTD in the open world.

 

I am getting conflicting information regarding SE and its memory patch needs or enb needs. Most of the resources I find deal with Oldrim.

Please help me narrow down this issue. When the game works it looks gorgeous and its very enthralling.
