Crash When Entering Riften

Guys Help Plz Recently i Am getting a Crash every time i try to enter riften ..in the Loading Or after it

i removed all the mods tried deactivating plugins and data files (all of them) still getting the Same ***** Error

i was very sick of it So i uninstalld the game (didnot remove the mod folder and Save Games)and installed it again But Same Problem

i tried Cleaning My Save Game ..But Still e Same Problem

 

Help .. PLZ

 

 

BTW , There was a Folder Named ( fomod ) I Noticed This Folder isn't there What Should I Do ?
